Terms of service

BeamUp is provided as is. Transfers happen between devices you control; you are responsible for what you send and for accepting only transfers you expect.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard. The relay allowance is a fair-use limit; sustained abuse may be throttled.

Do not use BeamUp to distribute unlawful content or to send unsolicited transfers to people who have not asked for them.

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
